By purchasing our Service, you automatically agree to the refund policy outlined below.
Important Notes
Activating services and creating new accounts incur costs for Bobres. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that you want the service before proceeding with payment. Unfortunately, once the service is activated, we cannot cancel or modify it.
We take full responsibility for activating your service. If we are unable to activate the service or encounter any issue from our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests will be processed within 2–4 business days.
Client-Related Issues:
- If problems arise due to factors on the client’s side (e.g., device issues, internet problems, misuse of services, or discontinuation of use for personal reasons), a full refund is not applicable.
- However, in such cases, you may request a partial refund as follows:
- 50% refund for Marovis Lite subscription.
- 50% refund for Marovis Pro subscription.
Trial Subscriptions:
- Please note that we do not process partial refunds for the 1-month trial test subscription, as it is designed for users to evaluate our service.
If the issue is caused by us and cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund regardless of the subscription type.
